A professional home for Liberia's electrical, electronics, IT and telecom engineers
SEEITE is an official auxiliary of the Engineering Society of Liberia (ESOL), established in 2022 to advance the profession through standards, research, innovation, professional development, and ethical practice.
Establishment & role
The Society of Electrical, Electronics, IT and Telecommunications Engineers (SEEITE) was organized by practicing engineers who are members in good standing of the Engineering Society of Liberia, within the profession of Electrical, Electronics, IT, and Telecommunications Engineering. SEEITE is established and proclaimed as an official auxiliary of the Engineering Society of Liberia (ESOL).
As a professional, non-political and non-profit organization, SEEITE's core duty is to support and assist ESOL — upholding the dignity of engineering as a science and a profession, supporting ethical standards, advancing the requirements for the licensing of engineers, and creating pathways through which promising students and skilled technicians can acquire an engineering education.
SEEITE provides a forum and community for the exchange of technical information among members across its four specialties — and works with ESOL's Executive Committee and Institutional Development Committee in line with the SEEITE Constitution and By-Laws.
