SEEITE and its members are governed by the ESOL Code of Ethics. The Standards and Ethics Committee upholds professional conduct, develops standards, and provides mechanisms for accountability.

A commitment every member makes

On joining and at each renewal, members affirm their commitment to upholding, defending and respecting the Constitution, By-Laws and Code of Ethics of ESOL and SEEITE.

  • Uphold the dignity and integrity of the engineering profession.
  • Practise within your competence and the laws of Liberia.
  • Declare and manage conflicts of interest.
  • Never use the Society's name for personal or political gain.

Report an ethics concern

Concerns about professional conduct can be raised confidentially with the Standards and Ethics Committee. Each report is reviewed through a fair, documented process.
