By accessing this website and using SEEITE member services, you agree to these terms, together with the SEEITE Constitution and By-Laws and the ESOL Code of Ethics.
Membership
Membership is granted in accordance with the SEEITE Constitution and By-Laws. By applying, you accept all provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws. Members must keep their dues current to remain in good standing.
Fees and dues
Application fees are non-refundable. Annual dues are payable in advance and are set by the Constitution & By-Laws and reviewed by the Annual Conference. Non-payment may result in suspension or removal from the roll as provided by the By-Laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the SEEITE name for personal financial gain, political objectives, or any activity that could compromise the Society's legal status with ESOL.
Limitation
By applying for and being granted membership, you accept the provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws and waive legal recourse against the Society, its officers, members, staff and ESOL for actions resulting from the application of such provisions.
